This Labor Day, we pause to honor the men and women who keep our communities strong and our country moving forward. From the factory floor to the classroom, from construction sites to hospitals, America’s workers embody the values of hard work, perseverance, and dignity. As we celebrate Labor Day 2024, I stand with the workers of Travis County and across our nation who make sacrifices every day to support their families and build a brighter future for all of us. Their efforts remind us that progress is never the work of one person alone-it is built together, by many hands.
