It was a tremendous honor for me to receive one of the 2018 “Kick Ass Awards” presented by the Capital Area Progressive Democrats. I’m proud of the great things our court is doing to seek justice and to help defendants end unhealthy cycles of behavior so that they can be their best for their families and our community. It was also wonderful to be together with other honorees including Judge Yvonne Williams, Sheriff Sally Hernandez, and Gerard Washington. Thank you, CAPD!
